Club Membership - Terms & Conditions

Signature and/or use of membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

Members must be 18 years of age.

Membership privileges will be extended by participating establishments only on the presentation of a valid membership card.

You must mention the membership card when booking or before ordering. This will ensure that there are no complications at the end of the meal. You must also present the membership card before your bill is totalled.

Unless stated otherwise, your membership card may be used for the member and up to 3 guests.

Your membership card is valid until the expiry date on the back of the card. Your membership card is for your own personal use - Membership is not transferable.

Wine and Dine Australia does not accept any resonsibility if any esablishment breaches its agreement or refuses to accept the card, however we will attempt to secure compliance at all times.

Lost or stolen cards will attract a fee of $8.80 for replacement.

The membership card is not valid with any other promotions unless otherwise stated.

As a member you agree to being sent from time to time email, direct mail or telephone calls informing me of promotional or new developments regarding my membership.

Wine and Dine Australia reserves the right to change, modify, or amend membership benefits, participating business listings and any terms and conditions, at our absolute discretion at any time, without giving a reason and without notice. Wine and Dine Australia also reserves the right to refuse any membership and/or cancel any membership without notice.

Any breech of these terms and conditions may result in the restaurant or business not accepting your membership card and/or termination of your membership.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Wine and Dine Australia harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this agreement.
